Well i decided to start my log. Today was my leg day so her is what i did!

squats 4 sets of 8 61.36kg 93.18kg 102.27kg 134.09kg
front squats 4 sets of 61.36kg 84.09kg 84.09kg 84.09kg
leg extensions 4 sets of 8 50kg 54.55kg 59.09kg 63.64kg
leg press 4 sets of 8 102.27kg 143.18kg 184.09kg 225kg
leg curls 4 sets of 8 39.77kg 45.45kg 51.14kg 51.14kg 54.55kg
sldl 4 sets of 8 61.36kg

seated calve raises 4 sets of 15 102.27kg
standing calve raises 4 sets of 15 63.64kg

ab workout: medicine ball crucnches 4 sets of 20
floor crunches 4 sets of 70
machine crunches 3 sets 60
leg raises 4 sets of 10

cardio 25min treadmill
10min elliptical

well that was today, hope to get some feedback from u guys!

look forward to seein more of your log, some good lifts so far. By the way wat's up with all them weights in fractions?? - like 51.14kg?? wtf??

well you see i've never used the metric system, i always use pounds, and i so most everyone else posted in metric system so i used a conversion calculator to convert pounds to kg and that is why i have those numbers!

most ppl actually use pounds in this site so don't worry about the conversion.

What are your stats man? Height/weight, BF, etc.? How long have you been training? What's your split?

good work man those r some good lifts keep it up..........thats a ton of cardio after a leg workout i can barley walk on leg day much less do cardio good job bro

yeah man my legs feel tired as hell, but i've gotten used to doing cardio on the same day and the cardio helps relieve the tension in the legs!

I stand at 6ft 3 inches tall, and weigh in at 230lbs currently, i am not sure about by BF, and i am not sure what other stats that i should post!

Nice to see your log here man. Looks like a lot of hard work to conastantly increase on doing regular squats, front squats AND leg presses in the same session!

my legs are pretty strong rocky and i think they can take it! it works them out really good!
