nice session there mate, a lot of 4-repers but it looks like you're going for strength. i also find that i need to rep it out to get a good pump on bis and the low reps just don't do it for me

Well i was feeling great today! Was feeling full of energy and motivated to hit the iron! I did my leg workout today!

Squats: 4x135lbs, 4x225lbs, 4x275lbs, 4x295lbs, 4x315lbs, 4x365lbs
Leg Press: 4x300lbs, 4x390lbs, 4x480lbs, 4x480lbs, 4x570lbs, 4x570lbs
Leg Extensions: 4x130lbs, 4x150lbs, 4x170lbs, 4x190lbs, 4x200lbs, 4x210lbs
Leg Curls: 4x80lbs, 4x95lbs, 4x110lbs, 4x125lbs, 4x125lbs, 4x140lbs
Hamstring Extensions: 4x90lbs, 4x100lbs, 4x110lbs, 4x120lbs, 4x130lbs, 4x140lbs
SLDL: 8x135lbs, 8x225lbs, 8x245lbs

Seated Calf Raises: 15x150lbs, 15x170lbs, 15x180lbs, 15x190lbs
Leg Press Calf Raises: 12x135lbs, 12x135lbs, 12x180lbs, 12x180lbs

cardio: 45minutes

4 sets of 25 ab machines!


My legs are sore as hell but i feel like all that work was not in vain, great pump!

BB: All the volume really gets the blood flowing, and it serves for a serious workout, i wish i were doing more weight, but i got to step it up bit by bit!

Hells Bells MM!! That was the mother of all leg workouts! Superb lifting. Got the big ones in too I see and to do abs and 45mins of cardio is simply insane stuff! Incredible effort MM, absolutely incredible.

all the right lifts man. Hope you had crutches off to the side so you could walk out of there. Especially with that Squat man, thats a BIG Squat, great job. Hitting them calves nicely too man, you'll be feeling that one today for sure, rest up big guy!
