mvsf1: that is true my friend!

well today i did back and triceps, and i came out sore as hell and with great pump.

Lat Pulldowns: 12x87.5lbs, 12x100lbs, 12x112.5lbs
Seated Cable Rows: 12x12.5lbs, 12x125lbs, 12x150lbs
Deadlifts: 12x225lbs, 12x255lbs, 12x305lbs
Machine Rows: 12x75lbs, 12x80lbs, 12x85lbs
Bent Over Rows: 12x135lbs, 12x145lbs, 12x155lbs
Close Grip Bench Press: 12x135lbs, 12x145lbs, 12x155lbs
Tricep Pushdowns: 12x187.5lbs, 12x197.5lbs, 12x207.5lbs
DB Tricep Pushups: 12x45lbs, 12x55lbs, 12x65lbs

cardio: 30 min at moderate level

4 sets of 25 ab machines.

overall a good workout!

awesome high reps on deadz brother .. i've done this once with 405 pounds for 12 reps .. and after that my back was burning to hell :) .. great job maxican .. keep them up

thanks everyone! and yeah my back was sore as shit, after doing the deadlifts, i hope only to keep improving, and with motivation like this from u guys why shouldn't i get there!

well today was my shoulder and forearm day! was feeling kind of fatigued, but i got through it and did some decent weight i think, i sure was feeling the pump though!

Military Press: 12x135lbs, 12x145lbs, 12x155lbs
DB Shoulder Press: 12x35lbs, 12x35lbs, 12x35lbs
DB Shoulder Shrugs: 12x90lbs, 12x95lbs, 12x100lbs
Reverse Pec Deck: 12x85lbs, 12x85lbs, 12x85lbs
Deltoid Machine: 12x45lbs, 12x50lbs, 12x55lbs
Reverse BB Curls: 12x65lbs, 12x65lbs, 12x65lbs
Reverse Preacher Curls: 12x45lbs, 12x45lbs, 12x45lbs
Wrist Pulley Thing: 10lbs 2 sets of up-down-up

cardio: 1 hr elliptical moderate level

4 sets 25 ab machines.

great workout despite the u were fatigued .. and that cardio on the elipitical machine is great man :) .. i like that machine .. keep it up
