Lat Pulldowns: 12x87.5lbs, 12x100lbs, 12x112.5lbs
Seated Cable Rows: 12x12.5lbs, 12x125lbs, 12x150lbs
Deadlifts: 12x225lbs, 12x255lbs, 12x305lbs
Machine Rows: 12x75lbs, 12x80lbs, 12x85lbs
Bent Over Rows: 12x135lbs, 12x145lbs, 12x155lbs
Close Grip Bench Press: 12x135lbs, 12x145lbs, 12x155lbs
Tricep Pushdowns: 12x187.5lbs, 12x197.5lbs, 12x207.5lbs
DB Tricep Pushups: 12x45lbs, 12x55lbs, 12x65lbs
cardio: 30 min at moderate level
4 sets of 25 ab machines.
