bb shrugs: 4x205lbs, 4x210lbs, 4x225lbs, 4x225lbs, 4x230lbs, 4x235lbs
reverse pec deck: 4x100lbs, 4x100lbs, 4x115lbs, 4x115lbs, 4x130lbs, 4x130lbs
reverse bb curls: 4x55lbs, 4x65lbs, 4x75lbs, 4x85lbs, 4x85lbs, 4x90lbs
reverse preacher curls" 4x45lbs, 4x55lbs, 4x55lbs, 4x65lbs, 4x65lbs, 4x70lbs
rope wind: 3 up and 3 down

cardio: 30 min moderate intensity

4 sets of 25 ab machines

well today is my rest day but i do high intensity cardio, and also a bit of mixed weights, for bicep triceps, etc!

Just caught up with your shoulders and forearms session MM. Excellent workout, I predict shoulders like barn doors and forearms like Popeye Doyle very, very soon. Superb effort there.

Alright i didn't have time to post my workout last night, but here it is: Let me say that although i did light weight i got a great pump from all the reps!

bench press: 12x155lbs, 12x165lbs, 12x185lbs
db incline press: 12x40lbs, 12x45lbs, 12x50lbs
decline press: 12x155lbs, 12x165lbs, 12x185lbs
pec deck: 12x105lbs, 12x115lbs, 12x120lbs
pullovers: 12x87.5lbs, 12x87.5lbs, 12x100lbs
bb curls: 12x55lbs, 12x65lbs, 12x75lbs
concentration curls: 12x15lbs, 12x15lbs, 12x20lbs
preacher curls: 12x55lbs, 12x65lbs, 12x65lbs

cardio: 30min elliptical, moderate level!
4 sets of 25 ab machines

i kinda feel weak because of the weight i did but those reps really get u tired, but give u an awesome pump o well next week is heavy week again.

Quality session once again and with 30mins on the elliptical, good stamina. Excellent work keeping the session a bit lighter and gunning more reps. I think I'm going to have to back off the heavy stuff for a bit and do pretty much the same. Nice work MM.
