well today was shoulders and forearms
dumbbell press 50lbs, 55lbs, 60lbs, 65lbs 8 reps each
Upright rows 65lbs, 85lbs, 95lbs, 95lbs 8 reps each
Deltoid Machine 37.5lbs, 50lbs, 62.5lbs, 75lbs 8 reps each
Military Press 115lbs, 135lbs, 155lbs, 155lbs 8 reps each
Barbell Shrugs 225lbs, 245lbs, 255lbs, 275lbs
wrist curls 4 sets of 8 reps 75lbs
behind back wrist curls 3 sets of 8 reps 75lbs
reverse barbell curls 3 sets of 8 reps 75lbs
reverse preacher curls 3 sets of 8 reps 55lbs
cardio- 30 minutes treadmill

squats 135lbs warm-up, 205lbs, 255lbs, 295lbs, 335lbs
front squats 135lbs, 155lbs, 185lbs, 205lbs
leg press 270lbs, 360lbs, 450lbs, 540lbs
leg extensions 110lbs, 130lbs, 150lbs, 170lbs
hamstring machine 75lbs, 87.5lbs, 100lbs, 112.5lbs
seated calve raises 135, 180, 180, 180
standing calve raises 120lbs, 140lbs, 160lbs, 180lbs

cardio: 30 minutes
