Big Chest workout indeed! And as long as you give it your all - that's all you can do!

Well today is my day off! I didn't have time to post my leg workout yesterday, but here it is!

Legs
squats: 4 sets of 8 135lbs, 205lbs, 225lbs, 315lbs
front squats: 4 sets of 8 135lbs, 135lbs, 155lbs, 185lbs
leg press: 4 sets of 8 4 45lb plates, 6 plates, 8plates, 8 plates
leg curls: 4 sets of 8 62.5lbs, 87.5lbs, 100lbs, 112.5lbs
leg extensions: 4 sets of 8 90lbs, 110lbs, 125lbs, 135lbs
seated calve raises: 4 sets of 15 2 45lb plates
standing calve raises: 4 sets of 12 140lbs
abs: 80 medicine ball crunches
150 machine crunches
25 leg raises

cardio: i saw a post by big ben saying that running a mile in less time but with greater intensity is better than staying on the treadmill for a longer time, i tried it and finished in 10 minutes on the treadmill, gotta say that felt like it got rid of some fat, it was a good workout, i think i am going to start to that from now on, what do you guys think?
