alright today i did back
on my way out my mum told me to be home within an hour as she needed the car - bitch dont tell me till i walk out the door then i come home and pumba offers a ride after ive been had i known she needed the car i would have gone later ARGH!
therefore it was kind of short done in about 30 minutes
Lat Pulldowns (today is a rare day for me to do these!)
3 sets
there are 22plates on the stack, i done sets on 10, 12, and 15 at 12 10 and 8 reps and then done a drop set to get 4 more reps
T - Bar rows
1 warm up set on 100lbs
set 1 120 lbs 12 reps
set 2 140 lbs 10 reps
set 3 150 lbs 8 reps
then seated cable rows were seated pulley rows (done in the pulley stations) becuase my ex EX gf's dad was on usual seated cable rows
Cable rows
these have about 20 plates on them but are rather small
set 1 stack and 12 reps
set 2 stack = 20lbs 12 reps
set 3 same as above
last exercise done really quickly
Straight arm pulldowns
set 1 4 plates 12 reps
set 2 4 plates 8 reps
that was it. done really quick. would have been really good if i wasnt ****ed round with the ****ing car but still. atm im REALLY looking forward to doing side laterals on thursday for shoulders but i have to get thru legs tomorrow so see how we go
ps chest is sore to even try and put your setabelt on - not the sorest its ever been but still good nonetheless.
