ok today
i set it to be in gym at 1030 am however i only woke up at 1115am and the gym closes at 12pm! so i rushed got in there at 1145am 15min to workout and this is what i did
2 warm up sets first
squats
5 on 128
5 on 176
5 on 196
5 on 206
6 on 216
i had been struggling on 216 beforehand, i thought these numbers would be out of reach seeing as how i had basically sprinted into the gym just to get it done before it closed for the day (becuase its good friday public holiday) and the 216 was a piece of cake!
and rocky - this was on only 3/4 of a kiwi FRUIT (makaveli)!! but i also had 2 mouthfulls of lemonade for some good ol' corn syrup and yeah!
then instead of stiff legged's i done lying leg curls a girly lift atm but just so hams got some work
these plates just have numbers on them so i cant write any weight i dont knoww hat it was.
but i performed 5 sets of LLC
rest breaks were rather short so it was not great but it got the job done
tomorrow i HOPE to be out of bed alot earlier and get in there for incline bench, barbell rows, maybe a barbell curls and maybe a calf raise see how we go
the last workout for a week or two so i hope to make it a good one!!
