if i make it tomorrow im going to squat guys and squat as heavy as i can i hope!
but i also want to deadlift on saturday and so if i squat and sldl do you think i should still do it?

ok figured out no squats
i dont think i can make it today and i realy want to deadlift on saturday - so tomororw im going to do lunges leg curl calf raise
that way my back should be ok for deadlifts the day after what do yuo guys think?
my arse will prolly be super sore tho
should i squat tomorrow and miss deadlifts or vice versa?!

skip legs alltogether and bring ur mass alive with deads on sat

or do deads tommorrow and legs the following day

the thing is now. your like promoting your deads for like 4 days in advance. So if i see anything other then heavy arse weights in here (anything less then a p.b on deads ) Im gonna call shannanigans and im a gunna have to fight you.

exercise 1 WILL be...DEADLIFTS!
YAY!!
THEN EITHER
flat bench and lunges (so still get some leg work in but not big strain on the back)
in either way
and pickle i doubt a pb but ima be pushing it hard!
