Hey! im back! i went away overnight. caught morefish in 2 trips than in the whole last week i went up grr got a funny story too so STAY TUNED!
i got into the gym tonight about 840pm and had 20 minutes ONLY to train. THIS is what went down yall!!

Shoulders
Standing Side Dumbell Laterals
set 1 - 25 lbs - 12 reps
set 2 - 30 lbs - 6 reps
set 3 - 25 lbs - 10 reps dropset - 17.5 - 8 more i think

Reverse Flyes (Lying backwards in an incline bench)
set 1 - 17.5 lbs - 12 reps
set 2 - 17.5 lbs - 8 reps
set 3 - 17.5 lbs - 10 reps

Smith Machine BTN Presses
set 1 - 40 lbs - 15 reps
set 2 - 60 lbs - 10 reps
set 3 - 70 lbs - 5 reps - drop set back to 40's - to failure - forget the reps!!

Dumbell Shrugs
set 1 - 90 lbs - 20 reps
set 2 - 100 lbs - 8 reps (dodgey - the grips are way too big)
set 3 - 90 lbs - maybe about 12? - drop set to 70s for about pfft i dunno maybe 15 then straight back to the 90's for 3 reps

my rest breaks were very short. eg after my last set of presses i puyt plates away and straight away had 5minutes for shrugs so just got into them...reallyw anted a power move to make u for the poor workout with 15 b db's last week but it will do. atm going to squat tomorrow.

Today i got up early and walked tot he ebach double layed cause it ws grr cold. i found a really good looking gutter/hole at the ebach and threw out. emanwhile these 2 "WOGS" pulled up not far away (just being political correct to the laws here in aus ) and they threw out middle of nowhere, were catching all this rubbish fish couldnt believe it. thye waved me over and asked me if u can eat what they had and i tld them no, and then i turned around and my other rod was bet over so i sprinted for some early morning cardio and 5 min later had an australian salmon kicking on the beach, so happy. but then the wogs pulled in a salmon too! grr! they took a pic with digicam i ost it up here if i ever get it. but funniest thing was that one of these blokes was sitting there fishing away in his DRESSING GOWN. usually wear old clothers and just wahtever, but this takes the cake most bizzare fishing clothing ever seen worn!
ok wel im so tired so its bed time.

and MM - i will be the sleepiest MOFO around tomorrow morning i can promise you that!

wow man. Good work for 20 short minutes. Love those shrugs...shame that at my gym the biggest DB are 30Kg...

20 mins!!!??? 20 ****ting minutes!!! Jeeeez Peanut, that's pure 100% intensity there bro. That's superb work for 20 mins.

I went fishing once and all I caught was the end of my **** in my flies when I took a piss behind some bushes. First and only time I've caught a shrimp - lol.

holy **** dude you did all that in 20 minutes, now that my friend is one intense ass session. You need to train like this more often man! Superb session!

nice session peanut! all that in 20 mins?? Dammnnn, you've got some endurance! Hmm im pretty sure I could never do that session in 20 mins, awesome job to you! keep up the intensity!

must have been because i was wearing my dressing gown!! lol
i dont mind doing stuf flike that but can only do it when u have that time limit u know? its diff when u have all time in the world just doenst happen like that.

haha! today peanut DID in fact SHUT UP AND SQUAT!
Tonight i went in there with PUMBA!! and We trained legs together. Pumba had done shoulders and arms in the afternoon, and then about 3 hours later he was hitting legs - but he still pushed it really really hard! (lol now i done it more comments on his training than mine lol). THIS is what happened when we shut up and squatted!!

Leg Day
Squats
set 1 - 80 kg 176 lb - 12 reps
set 2 - 98 kg 216 lb - 10 reps
set 3 - 120 kg 264 lb - 3 reps ( 1st one was ok the other 2 were a bit hard)
set 4 - 80 kg 176 lb - 10 reps

These were really good i felt i could just jump under the bar and pump them out all day.Didnt feel bad straight up straight down no slight swaying to either side etc they were just a great lfit today. Pumba squatted 352 lb for 4 or 5 reps? Cant remember. He then also went 392 for 2 reps which i spotted him on.

Standing Unilateral Leg Curls
set 1 - 25 lbs - 12 reps
set 2 - 35 lbs - 10 reps
set 3 - 50 lbs - 6 reps - 50=stack. with one rest pause after 4 reps, used a little body english to get this one done
set 4 - 25 lbs - 12 reps (think)

Leg Extensions
set 1 - 35 lbs - 15 reps
set 2 - 50 lbs (stack) - 15 reps
set 3 - 50 lbs - 15 reps
set 4 - 50 lbs - 15 reps - w/3 rest pause

I dont usually go so heavy on these (for me) so they felt good :) I usually stay lighter and try for reps but this time i ddnt bother with peak contractions like i usually do i just kept repping them out.

Now came the fun part. I thought quads were finished after squats but pumba made me do extns. So to get hamstrings and calves done, we done them in only 10 minutes. What we did was superset standing raises with lying curls, NON STOP, for ten minutes straight. pumba pulled out at about 6 minutes becuase his calf was cramping so i kept going. i have no idea about sets but tired to get as many reps as possible. on the very last set i used rest/pause to get to 20 reps.
its funny aftr the first few sets doing the calf raises even my glutes were burning from it. if im able to wlak tomorrow after doing these ****ers then i dont know what to do!

Stiff - Legged Deadlifts
set 1 - 75 lbs - 15 reps
set 2 - 75 lbs - 15 reps
set 3 - 75 lbs - 15 reps
set 4 - 75 lbs - 15 reps

And THAT was it!! This leg session was really good i was very satisfied with it and glad i had Pumba to train with today despite only finishing shoulders and arms a few hours beforehand.
Tomorrow will be chest day, flat bench time as i havent used it for a while, i need to step it up a gear for BATTLE FOR OZ, so tomorrow is a big big day. Also thinking about doing abs tomorrow too. But as geared up for chest tomorrow as i am, its NOTHING compared to how psyched i am for DEADLIFTS on friday! BRING MY MOFO MASS ALIVE Q80!! looking to lift a new PB and if not then get close to it.

spewing today because my legs arent really that sore, they are fatigued but not that kind of soreness i was looking for. will prolly get sorer tonight anyway.
ok today i went in and done chest and triceps, i have not done triceps after chest fora LONG long time and today just reminded me why i dont haha anyway

Chest Day
Incline Dumbell Presses
set 1 - 50 lbs - 15 reps
set 2 - 65 lbs - 9 reps
set 3 - 75 lbs - 6 reps
set 4 - 60 lbs - 5 reps

Decline Bench Press
set 1 - 135 lbs - 12 reps
set 2 - 155 lbs - 10 reps
set 3 - 185 lbs - 9 reps?

I swear i done another set but i cant remember it.
