HEY THERE! whoa look at the replies!! lol - esp mexican muscle!! lol

Ok - went fishing with dad and while it was good to get back to the coast and whatnot - weather was ****house huge swells were pounding the beach so no good fishing there. Started hitting a spot we've never seriously fished and learnt alot there, so definatly hit that spot next time we're up! Didn't get much - one aussie salmon, one bream (pumbas breakfast!) and one undersize tailor (think yanks call them bluefish??). But even the old guys who live there werent getting much, so there just aint fish around atm.
ANYWYA!

Done a shoulder workout with a light set of dumbells i just tried to keep the rest breaks really short so please dont laugh at my poundage!
THIS is from Wednesday night...

Shoulders
Seated Bent Over Laterals
set 1 - 15 - 15.5 lb
set 1 - 15 - 15.5 lb
set 3 - 15 - 15.5 lb
set 4 - 12 - 15.5 lb
set 5 - 12 - 15.5 lb

Standing Side Laterals
set 1 - 15 - 15.5 lb
set 1 - 15 - 15.5 lb
set 3 - 15 - 15.5 lb
set 4 - 12 - 15.5 lb
set 5 - 14.5 - 15.5 lb

Alternate Front Dumbell Raises
set 1 - 15 - 11 lb
set 1 - 15 - 11 lb
set 3 - 15 - 11 lb
set 4 - 12 - 11 lb
set 5 - 12 - 11 lb
At end of my 12 - i rested about 30 seconds and then as if i were holding a bar - i pumped out 30 reps and i used partials for alot of the set slowly reducing the ROM as i couldnt lift it anymore - a very big pump.

Seated Dumbell Presses
set 1 - 20 reps - 15.5 lb
set 2 - 20 reps - 15.5 lb
set 3 - 20 reps - 15.5 lb

These were done sitting up against the edge of a lounge chair!!

And that was it! Not big weight - but by the presses i sure did have quite a nice pump! Tho it does feel REALLY weird getting such a pump when you're not in the gym - you train alone at home guys i dont know how you can do it its just not as fun!! Anyway!!

CJU - lol thanks for both your comments on incline dumbells. I really want to do the 75's alone and for reps but ive just lost strength im not a fan of training chest but thanks anywya man!

BB - hey mate! haha thanks man as if there is any better exercises in the WORLD than a pres and a row! cant beat that!! GODBLESS!! - ps i gonna soon deadlift like you were in your log! unless you're to 500 pounds by now?!

Evo - Ha i am giving it a bit more than i usual do just with hols see what happens! But generally speaking a fan of less sets not quite as few that you two buggers get up to over there tho!!

Q80 - Ahhhhh im doing well mate and hows my Q80 good ol' mate doing?! How you bin bro!! Thanks alot for posting in my log its always good to know that you'll be in here. Hows your Jorn-style training going man??

Squeak - Oops... i mean Tweak!! haha how you doin man? As for the deadlifts - check my msn name next time ur on there! Those deads weren't my best lol - but not far off it! Man how freaking AWESOME ARE FREAKING DEADLIFTS!!! Man i just feel like walking around the neighbourhood or downtown and deadlifting everything i can see! Thanks for your big post!! PS - No actual need to SHOOT a roo, just drive and sooner or later you'll hit one if not you'll find one already lying on the side of the road! ITS A - GRADE PROTEIN BABAY!!!!

Chesticles - No man, wish i was there today to see that doofus practicing that shoot lol! Lets dead together while its on, and we'll bang the plates on each rep so they cant hear! lol!!

Makka - Whoa long time no see! How u doin man? It was a good pump not as good as a superset for tem both but still good all the same! Ha theres an ad here for the Wallabies game tomorrow night - the All Blacks are doing the haka but they've put handags on all of them lol its hillarious! GO THE WALLABIES!! GO TIQUIRI!! GO SAILOR!!

well atleast my continous posts worked for something, for waking u up!lol good session, lots of reps there, and don't worry about the poundage on that, what matters, is that u got a good work out, and i do think u got a good pump from all the reps!

Shame about the fishing Peanut, but hey! You did learn something whilst you were out on the water. For every negative, there's usually a positive (that goes for reps too!!). Well done for make the best of a difficult situation with the workout bro. Hats off to Peanut.

Ok today i slept an hour over so i got into the gym and started my sets at 1125am and had 35 min to pump out the legs. THIS HAPPENED ORRITE!!!

Leg Day
Leg Press
set 1 - 330 lbs - 10 reps
set 2 - 374 lbs - 10 reps
set 3 - 440 lbs - 6 reps

Kept my feet quite cose together and tried to bring down as far as was possible.

Sissy Squats
set 1 - 5 reps
set 2 - 5 reps
set 3 - 5 reps

The Leg Extn was taken by some guy so with limited time i just performed these. Darn hard!!

Now with around only 7 minutes to closing time, i supersetted standing calf raises and lying leg curls. The first 3 or so sets had a very short break between them as i was chatting to my uncle who was working out the pec decks are right next to the leg curl and calf raise so we had a good talk.
once it hit about 5 minutes to go i went standing raises to lying curls and then no rest straight back to calves and then to curls and repeat. No rest. I must have got around 6 or 7 sets completed this way.

That was it. Not a huge effort but im sure ill be some soreness tomorrow i hope. Only problem is i can feel my tensor fascia latae on my left side it always happens when i leg press imnot sure why. it doesnt bother me but yeha anywya!

CJU - haa they do ehy man but with like 15 lb dumbells i didnt have much choice LOL!
Evo - there was a kid in school who they called evo (last name evans) so i always think of that when i see ur posts! useless information but hey! darn straight man next time we know the ****! when u come to aus i take you tere hows that!
