Hey there my fellow visitors to the best Aussie training log in the dungeon. Today i went in there and smashed my back and it felt great. Only bad thing was i got in late (went to bed too late talking to chick)and so got up late like 130pm. But no worries. Because i went in there and i done my best and THIS...is what happened...
Back Day
Barbell Rows
set 1 - 58 kg - 15 reps
set 2 - 67 kg - 12 reps
set 3 - 80 kg - 8 reps
set 4 - 89 kg - 6 reps ( i think it was 6)
set 5 - 58 kg - 15 reps
I really enjoyed doing these it was a good starter.
One Arm Dumbell Rows
set 1 - 60 lbs - 10 reps
set 2 - 70 lbs - 10 reps
set 3 - 80 lbs - 8 reps
set 4 - 90 lbs - 6 reps - with 2 rest/pause after 4
set 5 - 70 lbs - 10 reps - with 2 rest/pause after 8
Only the second time ive ever heifed up the 90 so that was good. After my second set this total ****FACE took my bench ****ing wanker i hate that guy beofre he did this now hes made #1 on my hit list for the moment.
Chin Ups
set 1 - me - 5 reps
set 2 - me - 4 reps
set 3 - me - 3 reps
set 4 - me - 4 reps
set 5 - me - 5 reps - with 2 rest/pause after 3
These were pretty hard especially as a third exercise but i'm really glad that i did do them.
Straight Arm Pushdowns
set 1 - 10 reps
set 2 - 10 reps
set 3 - 8 reps
set 4 - 15 reps (lighter weight)
set 5 - 15 reps
This was an ok workout i hope to be sore tomorrow from those one arm rows becuase i can not remember the last time that i did them. I was going to include cable rows but thought it was just a bit too much thickness work with the barbell and the dumbells also.
Today my traps are killing - so no direct trap work tomorrow with my shoulders (because of my front squats). Glutes pretty sore, but only mild to medium soreness around the knees, more soreness in my rec fems. Hammies sore also.
Tomorrow is going to be a shoulder and arm workout. Got no problem doing 20 sets for my delts but im just wondering as to how far to take my arms with a number of sets. Only thing im thinking of is that next week when i go fishing with dad, im going to take my cousins dumbells, keep in mind they are light about 15 pounds each i think so i am going to use those for my shouders and arms next week. Because they are so light im probably going to be working out non stop and hit them for quite a while so just wondering if i should take it easier on my arms tomorrow for enxt week? What do you think? Am i making sense? Ha! Anyway see you bros later got karate in 30 min and i need to eat.
