Legs
Squats
set 1 - 40 kg - 12 reps
set 2- 58 kg - 10 reps
set 3 - 80 kg - 6 reps
I went quite slow on these and focused on going as low as was possible although when it comes to the heavier sets there is only so far down you can go. Still feelmy arse drifting so slightly to the right even going lighter to try and stop it. Argh.
Hack Squats
set 1 - 50 kg - 8 reps
set 2 - 50 kg - 8 reps
set 3 - 50 kg - 8 reps
These were a little difficult i dont remember the last time i did these.
Leg Extensions
set 1 - 30 lbs - 12 reps
set 2 - 30 lbs - 12 reps
set 3 - 30 lbs - 12 reps
set 4 - 15 lbs - 21 reps
Powered up through the reps and added one second peak contractions for all sets. Added the 4th set just to go light but feel my legs balloon with blood.
Lying Leg Curls
set 1 - 6 reps
set 2 - 8 reps
set 3 - 10 reps
Unsure of the weight as it is not written on the stack and i do not know what each plate is worth.
Standing Single Leg Curls
set 1 - 15 lbs - 12 reps
set 2 - 20 lbs - 10 reps
set 3 - 25 lbs - 8 reps
set 4 - 20 lbs - 10 reps
set 5 - 15 lbs - 12 reps
After this i stretched, posed, and left. I may do calves tomorrow when i do my arms or i may just leave it im undecided at this moment and do them next week.
I have trouble walking at the moment which is good but im going to karate tonight i havent been there for around 3 months maybe because of my course so its a big comeback and not being able to walk is bad! lol
Also chest is still sore, along with back. I havent had this kind of soreness for a long time.
Ok well need to go eat some pasta (ive been eating alot of it lately) and get to karate in an hour. Come home later tonight for some chicken and potatoes and veg and then ill reply to you guys. Just in time to see American dad and Family guy and scrubs!!! but gotta sleep early tonight because Aus V Croatia tomorrow at 5am have to watch them play. Also morning the loss of Michael Owen from the world cup *tear*!!
