ha 200 the 180 are pretty shakey reps but soon
atm i am sick i wake on saturday morning more sore than any gym workout and hot cold tired buzzing everything
yesterday this is all i ate
small bowl
ice cream
small bowl cornflakes
5 or 6 jatz biscuits
small handful of the tiny marshmellows
1/4 can of softdrink
i feel like **** my back is so sore like even worse than first time deadlifting
also got 2 fianl exams next week grr
AND its the queens birthday long weekend! nooo! i dont wanna spend long weekend in bed
i know my strength is gone :(
plus i was 8kg on friday id be at least down to 85 now :'(
