ok
today i had my functional anatomy final prac and theory.the exams tarted at 930 but i had car problems and i had to swap cars with my pop and i got there 45 minutes late! i was like

!! also had a prac exam i hop[e i went ok. alright today i went in and ive changed my wrkout a bit - doing only 4 sets now so i can be in and out, sets go 6 4 and 2 and then back to 10 for a pump. on smaller exercises i try to hit 8 , 6, 4 and then 10. on my way to the gym i saw my ex gf its been nearly 2 years and i still want that bitch back - so i had alot of motivation - esp since she was tlaking to a ****face i went to school with. ok anywya read on!
Deadlifts - And bringing my mass alive!!
set 1 - 140 kg - 6 reps
set 2 - 150 kg - 4 easy reps
set 3 - 165 kg - 2 reps PB!!
set 4 - 100 kg - 10 reps
I was very happy with this becuase i improved on it by one rep and today was my first deadlift in 2 weeks alsoworked them super hard seeing as how last time i ripped my callus. its still sore but i hope it will build up within the next 2 weeks so i hit them hard again.
Incline Bench
set 1 - 60 kg - 6 reps
set 2 - 70 kg - 4 reps
set 3 - 85 kg - 2 reps
set 4 - 50 kg - 10 reps
The thrid set was quite hard and the last set was great.
Barbell Rows
set 1 - 58 kg - 8 reps
set 2 - 84.4 kg - 6 reps
set 3 - 89 kg - 4 reps
set 4 - 58 kg - 10 reps
I tried bending over further and i felt it so mch more in my back. i am a fan of how dorian used to do them at a 70 degree angle or close enough and not really a fan of arnolds when he was fully bent over. so i tried to get in between.
This was a good workout and i have been eating well recently so i feel alot more positive about **** - gym wise.
Now i can not wait for squat on wednesday!
but i can wait for my exam on friday .. urgh .. !!
