hey rocky i hope you get better you englishman damn those classic cold foggy english mornings! even tho its supposed to get warmer there now! atm im coughing a little and ive been hucking up some **** and also been breathing a little more difficult. just thinking workout for the next 2 days and then i can have 4 or 5 off to try and fix it up.

Squats
set 1 - 58 kg - 10 reps
set 2 - 80 kg - 8 reps
set 3 - 98 kg - 6 reps
set 4 - 107 kg - 4 reps
set 5 - 120 kg - 4 reps!!!! << PB
Ok i only done one more rep completle difference than last legs day but i felt great doing that set even if i dont feel fully fit im still going to aim for 120 kg for next squat day but i try to increase every other set by 5 or 10 pounds just to keep moving forward. Keep in mind i am only supposed to be getting 2 reps for my last set i got 4 so very happy
Lying Leg Curl
5 sets performed - no idea on weghts. after last weight ropped off about 10 plates and reped out 30 for a burn.
Standing Calf Raises
set 1 - 140 lbs - 12 reps
set 2 - 180 lbs - 10 reps
set 3 - 200 lbs - 8 reps
set 4 - 240 lbs - 6 reps
set 5 - 260 lbs - 4 reps
After this last set i stood across the leg curl
repped 30 bodyweight reps with feet forward, 30 with feet outwards and 30 with feet inward just for a burn.
After this i spent a good 10 minutes stretching and even tried to do some PNF stuff on myself ha. very happy with my session. after this i weighed myself im only 86.5 kg grrr i want 90 in a month and i then left
Tomorrow is the first day of the annual show so its unnofficia show day holiday - so im going to the beach fishing hoping to catch some first rate protein (unlike rocky) and then hit my cleans come on saturday. i think i shoud also note that when i do my cleans i dont do the traditional "scissors legs" at the end to push it up, i stil clean, bt the finish is more like a push press.
