HEY EVERYBODY!
ok today i went in late with Pumba and we done legs this is what went down Y'ALL! (tweak)
Squats
set 1 - 80 kg - 10 reps
set 2 - 89 kg - 8 reps
set 3 - 98 kg - 6 reps
set 4 - 107 kg - 4 reps
set 5 - 120 kg(!!) - 3 reps!!!
I was so hapy that i finally got to 120 its only the second time ive ever tried to do it and first 2 reps were good when i unracked it it felt strong and tight and smooth reps they were good. So happy with it!!
Stiff - Legged Deadlifts
set 1 - 85 lbs - 12 reps
set 2 - 95 lbs - 10 reps
set 3 - 105 lbs - 8 reps
set 4 - 115 lbs - 6 reps
set 5 - 130 lbs - 4 reps
Standing Calf Raises
set 1 - 140 lbs - 12 reps
set 2 - 200 lbs - 10 reps
set 3 - 220 lbs - 8 reps
set 4 - 240 lbs - 6 reps
set 5 - 260 lbs - 4 reps
After my last set i bent over across the leg curl machine and pumped out 30 reps.
Then i done a superset of abs while pumba done leg extensions.
On the hyperextensions bench, i oput it all the way down and do like a "reverse" hyperextension for my abs. I supersetted this with Rope crunches for 3 sets.After my last set, done 30 standing crunches on the rope
after that it was over and i came home! so happy with my squats and although i was only doing 264 lbs for 3 reps, pumba was doing 284 for like 8 easy so ive got alot to go but i was happy.
Food time i am too hungry.
