I haven't been training for over a month now and it really starts showing. Or thats what my eyes see. Haven't been training because of some personal issues.

I won't put any weight on the exercises in the start of the log. Cause i'm pretty sure it will be to embarresing.

But soon again:

:bow_kneel

Schedule:

I will start doing a fullbody 3½ times each weak. Every other day.
2 exercises for each bodypart.
3 set and about 6 reps for each exercise
No forced reps
No failure training(might sneak a failure set in once in a while)

This is me:

This is me 2½-3 years ago:

Here's what to do with Johnny Bravo :1512: :hanged: and by the way i now i does this :sheep:

DAMN this board has the coolest smileys...

Looking forward to see your progress, bro.

You look big allready, better change your name in goinghuge.

I'm quite sceptical about the fullbody workouts tho, have you had any good gains with them in the past?

I have never tried training fullbody... I knew that someone would be sceptic about it... But i'm pretty sure i'll raise once again... It's all about distributing the workload i think...

I've heard people saying it works well, but don't go to heavy, and definatly don't go to failure.

I won't... I might do a little more reps in the start to make some sort of progression.. I should be dekonditionated for the entire year by so i should respond to a low intensity...

I might start tomorrow og sunday. But i have be a 100% fresh, feel like i have a little cold...
