Just got back from the gym... The first couple of exercises went good but now i got a headache because of the heat... Don't think i got enough to drink through the day..

NOW IT GOT WORSE!! :badass:

Cable Rope pushdowns: 10 reps - 10 reps
Dips: 15 reps - 15 reps
