Another great workout except the bench it wasn't that good:

BB Benchpress: 12reps - 12 reps - 9 reps - 5 reps - 4 reps
Cable Rows: 12 reps - 10 reps - 8 reps
Lever Rows: 3 sets 12 reps
Squat: 12 reps - 12 reps - 10 reps - 10 reps
Leg extension: 3 sets 12 reps
Incline DB Press: 3sets 12 reps
DB Curls: 8 reps - 8 reps - 4 reps
Dips: 3 sets 10 reps

Ok a little sneak peak.. the 4 reps in hammercurls were at 28 kgs....

My squat has really got down after this break... But today I did pretty good, but still there is a long way up again...

Todays Workout:

BB Benchpress: 8 reps - 8 reps - 10 reps - 4 reps - 6 reps
Squat: 12 reps - 12 reps - 10 reps - 8 reps - 8 reps - 2 reps
Cable Rows: 10 reps - 10 reps - 8 reps
Wide grip pulldowns: 8 reps - 6 reps
Db Flyers: 3 set 10 reps
Hammercurls: 8 reps - 6 reps - 6 reps
Cable Pushdown: 3 sets 10 reps

The last part of the training went really fast... My arms were pumped as hell

It will come.. But I have just started working out again... So I'm pretty weak... My squat is 40 kg from were it were for example... But it is coming pretty quick here in the beginning so guess it will come some time in the future...
