ok so i noticed this morning, that when i try and tense my quads, my right legs with tensen fine so i can feel the muscle, but on my left leg it wont tensen at all, so i cant feel my quid.
This has got me a little but worried.Could this be due to it not finished repairing or have i done some damage to it?

cheers

Carl

kinda, its like say like now your sitting on a chair in front of the pc, if i push my right foot/leg to the ground(lightly) i will be agble to feel the quad tension/tighten, where as with my left i cant really feel it.

That's so strange, how about when you walk? As your walking, when you take a step forward with the bad leg, does your quad flex naturally like it should?

What do you mean? as like i can walk on it ok.I just posed and it isn`t the same as the right one.The right one is more "chiselled" yet i`ve been lifting the exact same weights with both legs, and the left one feels more looser than the right one.
