Ok guys havent been on in awhile cause i havent really been workin out much which is the cause of my injuries im sure. So i went back into the gym to just get back into it with a light chest tri day i did a few sets on bench i did 135 less than ten times for three sets after that my shoulder kind of hurt so i left the gym the next day my left pec was hurtin like i pulled it so i took the next week and a half off and stretched my pec each day it healed and i went back to gym but i decided to do back bi's i did low weight on curls did the rest of the workout real light and low intensity next day woke up and somethin in my forarm was hurtin i dont think it was the muscle cause it was hurtin right at the joint and only hurt when i bent the arm so i took a few weeks off and havent been back to gym yet my body seems healed. But what im wonderin is what my problem is im not havin a lot of problmes liftin the weight so im think that maybe my tendons are weaker than my muscles since i been out so long if this is the problem is there a supplement/food i can eat that will help strengthen my tendons or do i just need to use reall low weight and stuff for awhile? sorry for the book i just posted thanks in advance for ur thoughts

Sounds like you're just falling apart.

These injuries could be from chronic bad form. Are you sure you're doing everything correctly? Benching would only hurt your shoulders if you're doing it wrong, and if you're forearm is hurting from curls you must be doing it wrong. With regards to the forearm pain, which joint is it near, your elbow or your wrist? Maybe with all the time off you're just getting extra DOMS from lack of conditioning.

Forearm pain is it on the front of the arm or the outside? If it is the front or inside then you are probably curling your wrist a little or going heavy and you said you went light. If its on the outside well it could be a few things but its from prolonged use.If you hurt in the tendons and joints get you some glucosamine.
