Hey guys, I have gone to see a chiropractor, a physical therapist, and a spine doctor and all of them seem to say different things. I was hoping someone in here has had this problem and has found a solution to it as well. My right scapula and shoulder girdle is fine, buy my left shoulder leans forward a bit and causes the bottom of my scapula to wing out a bit. I just need a weekly plan that someone knows will get my shoulder blades in line and working properly. Please help if you have any ideas! Thanks!

p.s. this happened because of bad form more than likely, listen to what they say, form is important as hell, not the amount of weight you do.
