I was arm wrestling last weekend and apparently I arm wrestled 1 too many times and every since I have had a pain in my left bicep and if I try to lift anything heavy it gets super tense and hurts like crazy and also mid ways between my bicep and elbow there is a sharp pain.... This is been going on over a week now and has prevented me from training...any ideas?

Sounds more like a bicep tendon strain.Only thing that will help is rest it and ice it 3 or so times a day.
