haha I remeber first time I had a muscle spasm I was in grade school we was in church... so i was sittin their and my tricep just started spasing out I was like wtf is going on... then i started acting weird and a old couple started flipping out on me hahaha good times.... itll go away evetually......I dont get them anymore
