bad headach when lifting

What's up..

ok.. my lifting partner has severe headachs when he does heavy lifts or strains, and it all started when he held his breath doing dips out of all things. Told him not to hold his breath but some people never listen.

Now he has headachs everytime he lifts.. any ideas what he should do ?
