Pain in my right shoulder

I get this pain in my shoulder when I do seated dumbell extension with both hands... it hurts the more weight I do. I normally do 50lb dumbell but 2 days ago I did 60lbs and it hurt bad... And my shoulder normally hurts when I do other workouts too but I notice this the most. What could it be

sounds like you need to take care of your shoulders. rotator cuff exercises. may be your doing something with poor form... need more information. but for sure if it hurts. let it rest

It rest's enough... And I'm pretty sure its not my form. Probably my rotator cuff

ah shit man shoulders injuries are the worst, let is rest. u dont wanna screw up ur rotator cuff
