i have been suffering from pain in my right forearm (from Knee to forearm) from almost last 3 weeks. I did not feel pain unless i cannot lift a weight. Due to this i also able to use heavy weights in my workouts.

What can i do to get a recovery from this pain.?

Can i leave exercise for some days or i can daily do FORARMS exercise or i can still do Heavy workouts

Please suggest. i only feel pain in my right forearms and knee when i lift heavy weight.

I had forearm pain too and I was getting elbow pain. The elbow pain I saw a doctor about and it was the tendon which was just from overstressing it(Pitching) and I think that could be the same thing for the forearm. Because I had pain not just soreness and it wasn't going away I took about 3 or 5 days off and it was near perfect. So try that plus if you haven't taken a few days of too fully recover that'll help for that.

sounds like tendonitis... i would take a few days off lifting to heal... tendonitis it inflamed tendons from stress on them.

the doctor will typically prescribe a anti-inflammatory med...

but just do cardio and legs wile u let them heal...

next time take it easy on the wanking

Mine was hurting alot when I did barbell curls and preachers. But it went away like I said, maybe try asking a doctor, could be a tendon injury or something with a ligament. Maybe try not having tris and bis on the same day.

Let yourself recover and let it heal. This would happen to me quiet often a few years back. My advice is only use an ez curl bar on hte heavy movements and see how that feels.

It made a huge difference for me

let it rest and ice it, also do you grip the bar really hard? i noticed i was gripping on it too hard and it was causing my forearms to hurt tremendously. i eased up on the amount of weight i was curling and tried loosening up the grip.
