What are your opinions on it? Did it help with a back injury, did you use decompression?

Chiropractors are a great place to have all of your kinks worked out, they worked wonders for my ankle

It was a sports medicine chiro who kept me whole for years when the Veterans Administration told me my back was totally hosed back in 1976. Without care, his guidance, and serious iron, I'd've needed back surgery far sooner than I actually had to have it, and probably before the techniques which got me out of pain and restored the use of my legs.

Look for a good one who you feel you can trust; they know they can't fix everything, and will tell you when they've done all they can, and not keep billing your insurance. I was lucky: for several years I went to Dr. Ben Weitz in Santa Monica, who's a bodybuilder and understands.

It worked wonders for my neck. It made my migrane headaches go away. The only down side is that you must go like every day or every other day for the first few weeks/months then it is every month or so when he gets your spine all lined up.

totally helps but it depends on the chiropractor, try and get a well known one.
