Hey!
I got a problem..when i'm doing front lat pulldowns and on my way up to stretch i'm getting a hard pain in my upper arm/shoulder,feels like something getting dislocated , this only happen in the right side..and i immediately have to stop and as soon as i stop its popping into right place.

I've only got this by doing pulldowns..any suggestions?
