just found out i tore my rotator cuff. if any of you guys get a pain deep in the fron ball joint of your shoulder and also around the back side id go get checked by a doc and dont lift heavy. probably a RC tear or strain. they dont heal naturally very fast my doc told me to take it easy and get an MRI as soon as possible. This blows!!!
