Pain in right shoulder

i have a prob with my right shoulder when i deadlift
it feels like the shoulder joint would be torn out and its a very painfull sting, but only after the first few reps when i do slower reps
hope someone can help me with that
fucking shoulder, i wanted to raise my deadlift for a lil contest and now that....

if the pain is sharp that's no good. i'd let it rest for atleast a week. contest is coming up but that's kinda too bad... have you been lifting extra heavy recently?

Kaboom might be able to help you out, he's done a lot of contests.

I'd go see a doctor ASAP, you don't wanna fuck around with shoulder/rotator cuff injuries man.

Yeah I let a shoulder injury go unattended for a while and it cost me almost a year of training.i would go ahead and have it checked out bro

i have a lil powerlifting contest coming up, i don't deadlift for a week go to the doc and hope it goes away, it got a bit better since i wrote the post

Sorry to hear about your injury. Remember the shoulder is a very delicate piece on your body so when training it you should really take your time and go for full contraction and make sure it heals up before putting major stress on it.

hm, this week i had no pain
but i will rest next week, because i never really made a break^^
and sry if i write something wrong or weird xD my englisch is not the best lol
