Anyone here works out at ungodly hours as i do at times? I feel its so much better getting it out the way early on,esp when you have job and school to attend to.

I once asked my female PT way back when at the Y if there were any BBers that ever came in, she said yeah that they did but it was really early, 530-6 am. She said it was crazy to see those big guys around, and that [with hostility in her voice] they did their workout and then went to their 'normal' jobs. The Y looks down on the extremes, they just want slim people, not bulky at all.

For whatever reason I never got up early to catch a glimpse of these immortal men, mostly because it'd be a hit or miss chance to see them and just a peek would be a silly reason to get up at 4 am for a 5am workout...
