When doing lying tricep extensions when I go heavy I can lift the weight, but the main weakness seems to be a burning sensation just above my elbow where the tendon is.
Am I moving up too quick? Is there a way to strengthen joints and tendons and those things?
Should I try to wrap my elbows until I get more workout time under my belt? I am new to working out, I think for a beginner I have good natural strength, but maybe the joints and tendons are not built up yet, if there is such a thing.
What do you guys think? |
