Hey guys,
On the weekend I must've tweaked my low back doing who knows what, and I was experiencing a lot of pain at certain times. I was able to get to the gym on sat and mon as there was no pain, but today I had to take another rest day because I could barely stand for half the day. I'll be getting a massage soon so hopefully that will solve it.
But anyways 2 questions...
Will I benefit from using a lifting belt even once the pain is gone? I do have some low back problems and am going to try to strengthen my abs more as this could be part of the problem, but just wondering if that would be a good idea
And do you guys get massages often, because I find I often get a lot of knots in my back, but if not sure if its from training or just normal. I get a massage like less than once a year and i figure i might start getting more
