Are you serious? Definitely don't lift until you feel comfortable about touching the weights. If you keep your diet going- that could help reduce the muscle loss. Once you hit the gym again, you'll gain everything back quickly. Make sure you're 99.9% ready to start training again. Don't want to hurt that wrist anymore!

if anyone damages a part of there body sprain, fracture, break they shouldnt use it at all incase they damage it even more and could end up with full time/ permanent problems.

if it hurts seek profesional help

with regards to you losing muscle and size just make sure ure diet is as good as it could be and rest as much as you can. other wize you'll get another set back

Depends how bad the damage is. Go to a doctor and check it out. Don't make assumptions. If theres no real damage to the wrist, it should be stable with a soft cast or athletic tape. If you do cardio, do something that doesnt directly involve the wrist like the bike. Running can aggravate the injury by the swinging motion of the arms. If you gonna work out, then work the legs.

To be dedicated you cant put yourself in positions to get hurt in the first place. You already have a high risk of injury and going skateboarding doesn't help. Your young maybe you should have fun and hit the heavys later in life.
