Feels strained like when your on the bottom of a push up its really tense.Low as you can get your chest before hitting the ground. Doesn't hurt during workouts though Unless doing barbell curls. Its like right above the bone clavicle. I also get this intense pain when pulling the weight off the bench to do bench presses etc in my left elbow then while Im lifting it doesn't have the intense sharp pain as the reps continue. Tennis elbow?

do you do a lot of bicep curls or benchpressing? Do you also do a lot of pushups? does it hurt doing flys or dips? hurt during pullups or rows?

just answer those for me and i could have a better understanding of your issue. pain in the elbow? Doing wat causes hte pain?

Benchpressing. Picking the weight for the initial first reps for bench press, my left elbow will have a few sharp pains then stop. Tricep extensions really hurt the elbow.

As for the elbow.. i duno if its a tendon issue, ligament issue, or a cartliage issue. In your case hope it is a tendon issue and get it checkd out.

As for the pec issue.. i could recommend things that could help. it doesnt seem like you are having any major issues there. This is going to prob be annoying but it you want it to heal i would take this advice. Ice the area where it hurts. 20 minutes on 40 minutes off. Then after iceing and before lifting you need to stretch the pec for at least a couple minutes before lifting. After stretching do like 5 lb weight dumbell raises. do big circles. little circles. Also another thing you can do after that is call petrisaging the muscle. its a massage tenique term. and all it means is to knead the muscle. and what you are doing is just softly (not crazy) trying to move the muscle around in your hand. bend it. squeeze it. stuff like that. Doing this will squeeze all the bad blood and toxins in your muscle and bring in new healthy oxygenated blood. this can be extremely beneficial.

really hope ya get better man. good luck. try not to go too crazy with the benchpress for a while. and stay away from that elbow. you can try icing it for a while. and stay off it. then try lifting again. but i dont really know about your situation.
