Ok, so the other day I go to use my school gym and I am about to begin my workout.

All of a sudden, the best football coach in NJ, yea ok haha comes up to me and he's like, you play hockey right so im like..yes..and then he's like great well your lifting with us today....im like....-_-

so I wind up lifting with them, which I was dreading since they mostly are going compound exerscises and a lot of stuff with legs, and being a goalie for hockey it isn't to plesent to have your freaking legs sore.

So im in a group with a few of my buddys that play and we are doing power cleans.

So im doing a set and im on about my 4th rep, and I go for 5.

I get it up to about my nipples and all of a sudden my right wrist buckles and slips off the bar.

I knew something was wrong but when I went home it wasen't really bothering me.

I wake up the next days and it's freaking killing me.

Like if i turn my hand, have my palm face me and bend it back, it kills, and I can't even grip a bar and do curls, nothing.

In right were my arm connects to my wrist (by that little ball on the right side of my right wrist.

Anyone have a clue what I might have done?

Because perhaps the injury isn't hurtful enough to go to a doctor. By the looks of your post Jake, you probably just want to know how to make it better. Try icing it, ibuprofen, anything. Lmao (-_-). Wouldn't lift until it's 100%. You wouldn't want the same thing to happen ya know. See a doctor if it still hurts in a few weeks, if not right away.
