I don't know if it's bodybuilding related, I kinda assume it is because that's the only thing I do that really taxes my body, even though I know I'm doing it with proper form and not overtraining [well maybe a little overtraining, but I'm learning still].

When I take a deep breath, my lungs hurt like they can't take it. I normally do breathing exercises after my post-protein shake, just to calm my body down, but sometimes, this is rare like now, I can't do my exercises.

It's lower body workout today and I'm concerned about going and working out, like maybe my lungs aren't ready for more heavy workouts. The last time I worked out was last week thursday for upper, so quite some time has passed since I last worked out.

Any advice?

Are you overweight or on a bulk? This can make breathing harder.

If you are having trouble breathing, see a doctor.
