So im at the end of my chest workout hitting the decline. Im on the last 2 sets and every time i push up i get pain in my right pec but it goes away when i stop? Doesn't hurt like that the next day either.

my sugggestion is dont do decline, get your mass from flat bench and incline bench..

I leave out the decline, I tend to feel it in my arms much more than anything.

And the pressure depending on what it is might be you depending on your right pec more than your left and you feel more stress.

Decline is the least effective bench press exercise out of all the chest exercises because the range of motion is limited, you can increase the weight with little effort, but it's a show exercise more than anything. Stick with flat bench or flyes.

Ya i know its "useless" but i just like to do it anyways and the intense pain scared me a bit its like its gonna tear. but doesn't.
