ok so on saturday i was getting ready to go train my legs...so i took my no explode and was all set to go...about 20-30 mins later...i felt this weird thumping in my chest...like right below my left pec...but it didnt feel like my heart..like it was something else...i then got really queezy and felt absolutely horrible and went to the emergency room..because i felt like i was going to pass out...after waiting in the er for about 3 hrs..i got looked at..and they claim it was a reaction to the caffiene...but ive been taking no explode for a llittle bit now..and have never had any problems whatsoever.

2 days later i still feel pretty shitty..but not as bad as i was on saturday..

what do you guys think i should do? i havent trained in 3 days and im getting really restless!

btw i got bloodwork done and they said my liver and kidneys are just fine

ummmm im a paramedic and a bodybuilder....more a bodybuilder i think, theres alot of stuff that could have casued that but all the signs/symptoms u listed go with heart problems but i bet they did an ekg on u and so had there been any problems with your heart they should have shown up. with that said i have seen ppl who are clearly having heart problems but by the time we arrive at the hospital they show no signs of heart trouble. what i would sugest to u would be to stop the caffein for now and see how a lite workout feels or go for a run, you should look for any pain in your chest, numbness, tingling or any unusual feelings. but once you get your blood work done get a full physical done to rule out any issues. but be safe about it anyway dieing cause your ignorant is a waste. rippdup you talk tough now but i bet when it comes dwn to it youll cy like everyone else ive ever seen having a heart attack....if you can.

Thanks for your service Scott!

Did you eat before you took the supplements/caffeine? If you take caffeine on an empty stomach you will feel like shit as you described. I would cut out caffeine for now and ease back into training.

every time i get checked out by my physician/doctor/whoever all the tests come back fine...no signs of anything wrong, no blockages, no degeneration no nothing. for a while i had no health insurance which really blew and i couldn't get to the doc's office even if i wanted to. you think i should see a cardiologist? i mean this has been going on now for a couple of months and i'm clueless as to what could have caused it! do you think stress or anxiety? i mean i am getting married so planning the wedding has me all screwed up.

no prob. ya man if you got the insurance check with the cardiologist but lane has a good point about the cafein and an empty stomach. try to train with no pre work out sups or rather none with stimulants.
