Hello, I have some what of a lingering injury here, my left wrist on the left side is pretty stiff and painful, not so much when its straight but when its in a curling position(like an ez- curl bar). Its not really painful but im concerned about it. It all started when using an ez curl bar, Every time im done with a set and lower the bar to the ground i get mad pain when releasing my grip from the bar. Im sure its nothing serious but i was just wondering what you guys think. |
