It was prob like 4 months ago, I was practising my posing and when I went to hit a back double bicep shot, I got a cramp in my calf. It had never happened before. It felt like my achillies tendon snapped and it was like my calf rolled up into behind my knee. The pain was blinding. Ever since then, It hurts to flex hard. What do you think it is?

Yeah, I usually do about 15 minutes of warm up and light pump before posing just so I don't pull something and I find that I can hit poses easier without cramping up, usually in my chest since I tore my right pec a while back, which has led to a decrease in most chest exercises. But I'm used to the pec, so the calf took my by surprise.
