Earlier this week I was doing some incline bench as well as incline DBs. I havent done DBs in a while and I picked up about 55lbs and did 3 straights sets to failure. I hit 12,8,6. A few days later My shoulder began hurting. Seemed like it came from the front arm sockets to the front head. On the DBs, I stretched as far as I could and I wonder if this created this problem. If it is a problem. Does this sound like a rotator injury or just a sore muscle? btw, I did some extreme stretching afterward, taking 35lb DBs in a fly position and held it there for about a minute.
