For around the last two weeks I've been getting light headaches immediately after or during the end of my workout. Nothing too serious but i keep getting them and I'm beginning to worry. Ive searched through the forums and there hasn't really been a straight answer besides increased blood pressure. My diet hasn't changed drastically, my blood pressure hasn't fluctuated much, and my workout hasn't changed much either since I'm confined to an apartment gym. In the last month I've been running 6 out of 7 days a week for 30mins but my headaches began to occur only in the last two weeks. Also around 3 weeks ago I've given up recreational drugs completely. Mostly ecstasy and marijuana. I know ecstasy can cause oxidative stress after long term use but I've only taken (supposedly) Neurotoxic levels once or twice (and only about 6 months to a year ago) and my headaches only occur after workouts so I'm just assuming that it would have to be something else giving me headaches |
