I have been doing dumbell flys and was wondering if the new stretch marks were due to the added weight as of late or maybe the added reps...
I prefer to add definition rather than size so it makes sence to go with more reps.
The thing is, is I can do alot more than what I have been doing and I'm getting stretch marks
I'm doing 20 to 30 reps with 30 lbs and I could do 45 lbs 8 times but I chose the "lighter weight" expecting that I would get cut.
Is this due to my diet?
Thoughts?
