Ok guys heres the story.. I was cycling creatine for a little while which dramatically booosted my strength on bench.. One day i decided to go up 20 pounds after each set on bench.. The next week i go to bench i feel a sharp payne in my left pec.. I know i injured it going to heavy and not properly warming up and what not. I just need to know what i should do to help the recovery process.. And how long do you think until i can start going heavy again??

Thanks

-Aaron

Yeah i was in the gym today...im able to do dips without any paine so im assuming my injury isn;t that serious..I was also doing a fly-movement on the pec dec machine but i was doing ti really light...I'm gonna take that advice on the amino acids and glutamin because i have plenty of it.. But why take the ZMA?? I already have some of it and i thought it was just a natural testosterone booster??

WHat does your pec look like? If you tear a ec it loks black and purple.

Creatine doesn't dramaticly increase your strenvght and because of the fluid retention it decreases the chance of injury.

ZMA is good for you but it won't up your test into any suprapituitary relms. GH boosters would actually be a better recovery aid.

My pec isn't chaning colors so i dont think my injury is that serious. But Yeah i've been loading up on the amino acids, glutamin, and protein and it feels like its getting better. I'm not really concerned about the heavy lifts at this point because i'm no longer in the bulking stage.. Summer is coming boys time to cut the fat!
