hey i had a question, about a week ago i was deadlifting , just 135 , i did 20 reps but the next day i had a bad lower back pain, what i want to know is it that is a muscle cramp or iam i deadlifting wrong. i always look forward or up and flex my entire body but i think iam doin somethin wrong

umm problie like once or twice a week for about 2 months maybe, ive been doing leg extensions and ab roller to try and help it

You probably just pinched a nerve, I've done that lots and it usually works itself out in a couple of days but if its really bad I've gone for a deep tissue massage.
