i have a problem in my lower back and it hurts like hell i have trouble sitting and trouble sleeping in a bed (usually sleep on the floor nowadays) people tell me that is got to do with my balance between back and abs and now i wonder is it my back or my abs that are 2 strong? bcause it feels like evryone is telling me diffrent things and i wanna continue working out

and i have a trouble with my elbow evrytime it is near 90º it makes a clicking sound that is kinda loud and you can hear it quite well like 5 m away. this is in both my elbows >.< and it isnt only when im lifting something btw its always like that and in the beginning it was fine but now it has become quite painful when i am on the benchpress etc.

haha lower back pain.. aint that a bitch, tho it does keep you entertained trying to find a way of getting up, sitting down, lying, and doing everything else while trying to minimise the pain. quite a game id say.
as for the elbows.. im not sure, maybe get a sport doc or general practitioner to see that
