yeah, being a bodybuilder with back pain, I'd see a doc. a lot of back pain is caused by having weak abs and legs. Most woman that I have met have been able to help their back pain with walking and ab strengthening exercises, but I assume yours are already OK?
strengthen your core a bit more, should ease the pain that little extra
