i have had lower back pain for like 7 years and it wont go away! does any one have any ideas on how 2 get rid of it

yeah, being a bodybuilder with back pain, I'd see a doc. a lot of back pain is caused by having weak abs and legs. Most woman that I have met have been able to help their back pain with walking and ab strengthening exercises, but I assume yours are already OK?
